About

Soren Stone

I am a compassionate healer who has been on my own healing journey since my twenties leading towards discovery of numerous healing practices, a graduate education in counseling and extensive somatic trauma training. I've been a practitioner in various forms of healing since 2015 and bring a diverse lived experience.

My mission, guided by a deep understanding of trauma and years of experience, is to empower people to dismantle shame and internalized oppression, find deep joy and pleasure, and build thriving relationships. Picture a sanctuary where pleasure is welcomed with open arms, and empowerment blooms like a cherished flower. Together, let's embark on a journey where your healing is embraced with love and tenderness.

What informs my work

Approaches

I draw on a blend on different approaches and practices, and like to think of each of these as "lenses" through which we can look together.  There isn't a "correct" lens to look through, only what seems useful and interesting to you.  Though I inevitably bring my lived experience and values to our work together, I actively work to learn and attune to what your lived experience and values are and center those.  The approaches, practices, and lenses we look through in the work may shift and change from session to session, over time, or even in the course of a single session based on your needs and where we are in the process.
